Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a friendly Waiter/Waitress to welcome guests, take orders, and provide memorable service in a vibrant West London setting.

You will greet guests, recommend menu items, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth dining experience, while maintaining high hygiene standards and a guest-first attitude. This role offers a range of staff benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a restaurant server or hospitality team member.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant: greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drink with confidence and flair, always with a genuine smile.
• Create moments: recommend menu items, accommodate special requests, and anticipate guest needs to create a personalised and seamless experience.
• Support the flow: keep your section clean, stocked, and ready for service, supporting with opening/closing tasks and helping team members as needed.
• Stay in sync: work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely, accurate, and polished service.
• Keep it spotless: follow hygiene and safety procedures to keep the restaurant clean and compliant at all times.
