The Langham London is recruiting a Waiter to join our Langham Club team. We are seeking a hospitality professional who can deliver the highest level of service and engage guests with warmth and flair.

In this role you will welcome guests, present buffet offerings, and demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of our food and beverage menus. You will provide prompt, friendly service and look for opportunities to upsell while creating memorable experiences.

In the role of Waiter, your key focus will be to:

• welcome guests in a friendly and engaging manner
• prepare buffet offerings and ensure they are presented well
• demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests
• provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
• personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity
• maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate
