The Langham London is recruiting a Waiter for our Artesian team. You will work on the floor, serving cocktails and spirits while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a classy, theatrical environment.

• Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails and passion for bar industry.
• Previous experience in a similar 5* environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on the floor as a Bar Waiter.
• Serve memorable cocktails and world class spirits, wines and beers.
• Support the team in delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Suggest and implement new ideas to improve bar experience for guests.
• Support the bar team in creating classical and innovative cocktails.
• Maintain flair, charm, and a theatrical presence.
• Be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive to guest needs and bar management.
• Handle complex situations promptly and efficiently.
• Be an excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health and safety.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Waiter, your key focus will be to:

• work on the floor, perfoming the duties of a Bar Waiter
• serve memorable cocktails and world class spirits, wines and beers
• support all the team in delivering an excellent experience for guests
• suggest and implement new creative ideas and concepts to improve the overall experience in the bar for our guests by delivering the best possible drinks and concepts.
• support the bar team in creating cocktails that are both classic and innovative
• have flair, charisma and charm in a theatrical environment
• be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of our guests and bar management team
• handle complex situations in a timely and efficient manner
• be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
• ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to
