Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a UX / Product Research & Strategy Lead to steer the strategic direction of user experience, owning the research programme that underpins product vision. You’ll translate insights into a clear experience strategy and collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape product roadmaps.

You’ll define and lead the experience north star, guiding research methods, governance, and cross-functional workshops to drive user-centred outcomes and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Significant UX research leadership experience with strategic impact.
• Proven ability to translate research into product direction and roadmaps.
• Experience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the experience north star with product and leadership.
• Translate insights into actionable strategic direction for roadmaps and design priorities.
• Lead a broad programme of research across interviews, journeys, usability tests and surveys.
• Present findings to stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
