Citi is seeking a UX / Product Research & Strategy Lead to drive the strategic direction of the experience, owning the research programme that underpins product vision. You will partner with product, design, and business leadership to articulate an evidence-based north star and translate insights into actionable strategy.
The role requires leading qualitative and quantitative studies, mentoring researchers, and aligning senior stakeholders to user-centered outcomes, with hybrid working options
Formación
- Significant UX Research experience in a strategic or leadership capacity.
Responsabilidades
- Take ownership of defining the experience north star and articulate a clear, evidence-based vision.
- Lead the development of the experience strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive stakeholder alignment through workshops and strategy sessions.
- Establish and lead a programme of research and strategic discovery.
- Lead diverse research including interviews, co-creation, journey mapping, usability and concept tests.
