Qualifications

5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles.
Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboarding, wireframes, prototypes).
Experience building and scaling design systems / component libraries with engineering partnerships.
Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
Ability to translate proposals into transformational and north-star experiences.
Advanced understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, and the tech stack and their UX impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute design/research strategies across the platform aligned with user needs.
Diagram service flows, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
Drive use of standard UX components for a consistent platform experience.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure platform usability and design alignment.
Integrate UX into product development with cross-functional teams.
Gather feedback from user research and data insights to optimize experiences.
