Job summary

Citigroup Belfast is seeking a highly skilled Vice President, Program Manager to join the Markets Operations Process Engineering team. You will help drive a multi-year transformation spanning risk, controls, regulatory compliance, process engineering, automation, and data transformation.

You will lead change initiatives across Markets Operations projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery excellence with global partners.

Qualifications

• Significant transformation program delivery experience in a large, global financial services firm.
• Exceptional program management skills with certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, Prince2) highly desirable.
• Strong organizational multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical and data management skills with clear documentation of findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned transformation projects, develop plans, track deliverables, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Define program scope with business case, cost-benefit analysis, benefits, and KPIs.
• Communicate status and risks to Sponsors and stakeholders and drive governance forums.
