Job summary

Citi is seeking a Markets Operations Program Manager to drive transformational change across processes and controls. You will partner with Technology and Operations to deliver multi-year programs, oversee planning, risk, and stakeholder engagement, and maintain rigorous documentation.

This role focuses on OTC derivative settlements transformation and broader operational excellence. Candidates should have extensive transformation experience in banking/markets operations, strong change-management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Extensive transformation and program management experience.
Knowledge of banking operations and OTC derivatives.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and coordinate delivery of key transformation projects to execute strategic transformation.
Analyze business and technology processes for improvement.
Lead working groups and maintain momentum among participants.
Monitor progress, risks, issues and actions, escalating as needed.
Engage stakeholders to maximize program outcomes and overcome obstacles.
Report program status to stakeholders in clear formats.
Support planning and coordination of day-to-day program management activities.
Maintain disciplined documentation and archival of minutes and artifacts.
Show opportunities and successes, linking work to broader objectives.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across Markets Operations.
