Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking a Vice President Program Manager to drive change across Markets Operations projects. You will lead complex transformation initiatives, define scope with a robust business case and KPIs, and manage stakeholders across global operations and technology partners.

The role requires strong program management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to Citi's standards, with a focus on reducing risk and enhancing client service. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Significant transformation program experience in a large financial services firm.
• Strong program management, with certifications such as Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, Prince2 or PMP.
• Excellent analytical, data management and problem-solving skills.
• Proven stakeholder engagement including leading working groups with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with FX products and regulatory change is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change initiatives across Markets Operations projects.
• Develop plans, track deliverables, perform analysis and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Define program scope with business case, cost-benefit analysis and KPIs.
• Communicate status, issues, risks, and resolutions to sponsors and leaders.
• Foster relationships with business and technology stakeholders as SME.
• Implement best practices to standardize processes, controls and workflows.
• Support testing and operational readiness; drive change to reduce risk.
• Ensure adherence to Citi PM standards, processes and delivery methods.
