Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced professional for the Markets Operations Process Engineering role in London to drive transformational change across processes, controls and architecture. The role focuses on OTC derivatives and risks, partnering with Technology and Operations to execute multi-year programs.

The successful candidate will analyze processes, lead working groups, monitor progress, manage stakeholders, and report program status.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Transformation/Markets Operations roles.
• Understanding of change management and strategy."
• Technical understanding of core banking/markets operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology and Operations to prioritize and coordinate delivery of key transformation projects.
• Analyze business and technology processes for improvement.
• Host working groups, driving collaboration and momentum.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and actions; escalate when required.
• Engage stakeholders to maximize program outcomes and overcome obstacles.
• Report and present program status to stakeholders.
• Support planning and day-to-day coordination of program management.
• Maintain documentation and artifacts for minutes and evidence.
• Present opportunities and successes and relate work to broader objectives.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Markets Operations.
