Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking a Vice President, Program Manager to lead and support change initiatives within Markets Operations Process Engineering as part of a global transformation. The role combines project management with business analysis, process engineering, and low-code development, delivering benefits and KPIs across one or more programs.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to drive change with global partners, while adhering to Citi's standards

Qualifications

• Extensive transformation program delivery experience.
• PM certifications highly desirable (Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, Prince2, PMP).
• Strong stakeholder engagement across senior levels.
• Experience with FX products and regulatory changes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and track deliverables across projects.
• Define program scope with clear requirements and business case.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to Sponsors and forums.
• Build strong relationships with business and tech stakeholders.
• Standardize processes, controls, and workflows for global consistency.
• Identify and resolve issues across workstreams.
• Support testing and operational readiness planning.
• Drive changes to reduce Citi's risk profile.
• Ensure adherence to Citi PM standards and delivery methods.
