Job summary

Citibank, N.A. United Kingdom, through Citi's PACE organization, seeks an experienced program manager to lead end-to-end execution of high-impact workstreams and drive process transformation across cross-functional programs.

You will serve as a program management expert, partner with senior stakeholders, and guide delivery with structured PM practices in a complex, global matrix environment. The role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and change management to deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting and financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is also preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating compelling, data-driven presentations.
• Experience delivering operating model and process transformation initiatives in financial services, with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience working with Technology teams across the delivery lifecycle, including requirements development, solution implementation, and testing support.
• Expertise in hypothesis generation, root cause identification, process mapping & improvement, operating model design, and business case development, in an Agile or similar delivery framework.
• Strong familiarity with digitalization concepts, emerging technology trends including AI, and their practical application in financial services.
• Ability to lead and influence a team-based, collaborative model within a complex matrix environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and turn incomplete inputs into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting analyses and recommendations.
