Job summary

J.P. Morgan is recruiting a Vice President to lead the HR Analytics Advisor practice, building and guiding a global team of data analysts and storytellers who embed analytics into workforce decisions.

You will partner with HR executives and business leaders to translate insights into actionable strategies, develop executive-ready presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance self-service analytics and predictive modeling.

Qualifications

• Progressive analytics, data, and business strategy experience in a global organization.
• Experience building and scaling global advisory teams with internal demand.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives through analytics and storytelling.
• Deep experience bridging business strategy with data science and reporting.
• Executive presence and ability to present insights to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead a team of HR Analytics Advisors serving as embedded partners.
• Establish the function as a trusted advisor to senior executives including HR heads and strategy leads.
• Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights to address ad-hoc business questions and workforce inquiries.
• Deliver deep insights aligned to HR processes such as performance reviews and talent allocation.
• Partner with HR business executives to contextualize data within business strategies.
• Develop executive-ready presentations that articulate insights clearly and persuasively.
• Collaborate with BI to automate recurring reporting and expand self-service analytics.
