Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an HR Analytics Advisors Associate to partner with HR executives and line of business leaders, transforming data into actionable workforce insights.

You will drive analytics across performance reviews, succession planning, and talent allocation, delivering executive-ready presentations and shaping self-service capabilities with BI and data science teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics, data, and strategy experience in a large organization
• Proven ability to influence senior executives through insights and storytelling
• Experience bridging business strategy with data science, reporting, and analytics insights
• Excellent executive presence and communication, capable of presenting to senior leaders
• Strategic thinker connecting data to commercial and workforce outcomes
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead through influence in matrixed teams
• Comfortable in high-visibility, high-stakes environments
• Passion for talent and workforce strategy driven by data

Responsabilités

• Assist in establishing the function as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders
• Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce patterns, risks, and opportunities and develop action plans
• Provide responsive data-driven insights to ad-hoc business questions
• Deliver insights aligned to HR processes such as performance reviews and talent allocation
• Partner with HR executives to contextualize data within business priorities
• Develop executive-ready presentations that articulate insights clearly and persuasively
• Deliver high-quality analysis and storytelling that drives action
• Collaborate with BI to automate reporting and enhance self-service analytics
• Work with AI & Data Science to shape predictive models and derivative features
• Ensure high-quality source data, governance, and entitlements to support narratives
• Track and communicate the business impact of analytics advisory work
