Responsibilities

• Provide expert-backed coaching and guidance to managers across a broad range of HR topics, ensuring consistency, speed and quality.
• Identify high-risk or complex situations and engage the right partners including HRBAs and specialists.
• Collaborate with HRBAs to understand business nuance, coordinate escalations, and support HRBA-led initiatives.
• Contribute to cross-Advisory project teams supporting talent, compensation, workforce, and organizational change.
• Identify themes and opportunities to improve knowledge content, routing, digital experiences, and ServiceNow workflows.
• Operate as one Ask JPMC team by prioritizing firmwide outcomes and ensuring a consistent manager and employee experience.
