Job summary

EXL is seeking a Sr. AI Architect & Client Partner in London to lead enterprise GenAI programs, crafting production-grade AI systems and reusable IP. You will shape deals, mentor global teams, and align AI roadmaps with client outcomes.

This senior role requires a deep technical authority, cross-functional influence, and a proven track record delivering complex AI solutions in a consulting context. Flexible hybrid working in London is offered.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience across software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or enterprise architecture with a track record in senior technical leadership.
Proven ability to architect and deploy production-scale AI solutions from strategy through implementation.
Experience in consulting, services, or client-facing delivery, including pre-sales or solution shaping.

Responsibilities

Own architecture, design, and implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions from concept to production.
Define scalable reference architectures and design patterns for AI platforms and intelligent agents.
Lead global, multi-disciplinary AI teams and mentor engineers to raise the technical bar.
Partner with sales and practice leaders to shape pursuits and influence SOWs, estimates, and delivery approaches.
Translate client mandates into secure, production-grade AI systems and reusable IP.
