EXL is seeking an AI Architect & .NET developer in London to design and govern end-to-end GenAI architectures on Azure for insurance workflows, including underwriting and claims.

You will lead the implementation, drive agentic AI and RAG strategies, ensure security, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance across enterprise systems while mentoring .NET and React teams.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in .NET/React.

Responsibilities

• Act as an AI Architect and SME for GenAI-driven use cases.
• Define end-to-end AI architecture for unstructured document ingestion, reasoning, and output generation.
• Lead implementation with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure enterprise readiness, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish prompt versioning, testing, and optimization standards for enterprise use.
