Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering enterprise GenAI initiatives and hands-on delivery.
• Hands-on with LLMs and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience with RAG design, embeddings, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and technical delivery of a GenAI solution area or workstream from design to production rollout.
• Lead a small cross-functional delivery team of engineers and data specialists.
• Ensure scalable, secure, resilient, cost-aware production solutions.
• Manage delivery execution including architecture decisions, risks, dependencies, and quality checks.
• Apply engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and accelerators to delivery quality and speed.
• Provide leadership and mentor junior engineers and consultants.
