Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a Lead AI Architect to drive large-scale AI and data transformation programmes within highly regulated environments. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on taking AI solutions from proof of concept through to secure, scalable, production-grade deployments.

The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, Generative AI and cloud platforms with strong delivery leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions into production.
• Strong experience leading technical teams and complex transformation programmes.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, Prompt Engineering and Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLOps/LLMOps and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Experience deploying AI solutions within government, defence, healthcare or other high-assurance environments.
• Strong understanding of AI security, governance, ethical AI, model evaluation and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
