Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a strategic Product Development leader within the Digital and Data Transformation Team to define, refine and deliver outcomes for the firm, owning the product vision through execution and adoption.

You will lead cross-functional delivery across global technology and operations teams, shape the roadmap with stakeholders, and drive value through data analytics, user feedback and market insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant Product Manager / Product Owner experience.
• Experience leading Agile product teams and associated tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence).
• Exemplary ownership, sound judgment, and ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to produce executive-ready narratives and product documentation.
• Ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap and translate strategy into delivery plans.
• Operates well under tight delivery timelines and ambiguity; startup mindset.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted delivery practices to improve speed while maintaining quality and controls.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, scope, and success measures; translate objectives into use cases, workflows, wireframes, and requirements.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across distributed technology and operations teams; manage dependencies and risks.
• Partner with global stakeholders to shape roadmaps, governance, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Incorporate customer feedback, data analytics, metrics, and market analyses to drive prioritization and value realization.
• Maintain and refine the feature backlog with clear prioritization and communicate rationale to senior stakeholders.
• Present end-to-end updates including OKRs/KPIs, adoption, and financial forecasting.
