Job summary

JPMorganChase in Digital Enablement, Payments Technology, within the Commercial & Investment Bank, seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a suite of products used across the firm's commercial and investment banking businesses. You will translate complex requirements into executable delivery plans and coordinate releases across a distributed team.

You will work in close partnership with the Product Owner to align requirements, prioritize delivery, and ensure outcomes

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced applied experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery across a suite of Identity & Access Management platforms, ensuring programs are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives across the Commercial & Investment Bank
• Manage and develop a geographically distributed team, fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Partner with the Product Owner to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements, translating them into clear delivery plans with defined milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
• Own delivery execution for a key client engagement, coordinating across engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure commitments are met and risks are proactively managed
• Drive agile delivery practices across the team, including scrum cadence, sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives, using tools such as JIRA to maintain delivery visibility
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and technical dependencies, implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum and protect delivery timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional releases across distributed engineering teams, ensuring technical readiness, stakeholder alignment, and smooth deployment
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted tools to streamline program reporting, enhance planning accuracy, and deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders, product owners, and engineering teams, influencing decision-making and driving alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape
