Job summary

JPMorganChase Asset & Wealth Management seeks a strategic Product Development professional to lead end-to-end product leadership within the Digital and Data Transformation Team. You will define and refine outcomes, own the product vision, and drive adoption across global stakeholders.

You will define roadmaps, manage budgets, and translate business goals into actionable product requirements while coordinating with distributed teams to ensure timely delivery and measurable value realization.

Qualifications

7+ years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience in complex environments.
Proven track record owning roadmaps and delivering outcomes.
Experience leading Agile teams and governance with stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication; executive-ready narratives.
Ability to translate strategy into delivery plans and metrics.
Capable of delivering under tight deadlines with shifting priorities.
Self-motivated with a startup mindset; adaptable in peak periods.
Experience using AI-assisted productivity/engineering tools with governance.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, scope, and success measures; translate objectives into use cases and requirements.
Lead cross-functional delivery across distributed teams; manage dependencies and risks.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to shape roadmaps and governance.
Integrate feedback, analytics, metrics, and market insights into prioritization.
Own and refine the feature backlog; communicate prioritization to senior stakeholders.
Present end-to-end executive updates with OKRs, adoption, and financials.
