Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Vice President, Data Management Strategy to shape the enterprise data agenda and drive AI-ready data capabilities. You will partner with senior leaders to translate vision into actionable roadmaps, standards, and operating models that stick across lines of business and corporate functions.

You will lead strategic initiatives, govern data programs, and help build a data-first culture while enabling data products and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, data science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define the Chief Data Office vision and target-state strategy, including actionable business plans
• Establish the scope and prioritization of data management initiatives
• Apply structured problem solving and design thinking to address top strategic priorities
• Collect, synthesize, analyze, and present project data and findings
• Conduct analyses to identify issues and formulate recommendations
• Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences
• Perform competitor and industry research using public and internal sources
• Monitor industry trends and share insights with the broader team and senior executives
• Coach and manage junior team members
