Qualifications

• Proven track record in data management: lineage, metadata, data quality, controls, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
• 10+ years of Financial Services experience with data, technology and operations, plus Asset & Wealth Management knowledgeH.
• Delivered in agile environments with backlog discipline and outcome-based execution.
• Comfortable with SQL and/or Python; validate hypotheses on large datasets and collaborate with engineering.
• Practical fluency with AI/Agentic AI for data products: automated reconciliations, anomaly detection, and workflow orchestration.
• Able to evaluate AI value, risk, scalability, and operational readiness, turning experiments into production outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels, aligning teams around clear priorities and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for governance forums and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end for a critical data domain from intake to outcomes; align with business priorities.
• Lead governance, domain boundaries, and AI readiness across data systems.
• Translate needs into problem statements, use cases, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Design a modernization roadmap covering data platform evolution, quality tooling, and metadata enrichment.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve processing and data quality while ensuring safety and governability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Business, Operations, Technology, and Controls—to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
• Manage dependencies and sequencing across teams and release trains for predictable outcomes.
• Measure delivery and outcomes using quality, timeliness, adoption, STP lift, and defect reduction metrics.
