Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President, Data Management Strategy in the Strategy and Execution team within the Firmwide Chief Data Office. You will define a comprehensive data strategy to unlock value from data, lead strategic initiatives, and partner with senior stakeholders across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions to drive data governance modernization.

You will translate vision into actionable plans, establish standards and operating models, and enable data products and platforms

Qualifications

Experience developing enterprise data strategy and target-state roadmaps.
Experience supporting data governance, data platforms, or data product initiatives.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

Define the Chief Data Office vision and target-state strategy with actionable business plans.
Prioritize data management initiatives and establish scope.
Apply structured problem solving and design thinking to strategic priorities.
Collect, analyze, and present project data and findings.
Conduct analyses to identify issues and formulate recommendations.
Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
Monitor industry trends and share insights with senior leadership.
Coach and manage junior team members.
