Job summary

You will translate vision into actionable plans, developing standards, data products, and platforms while fostering a data-first culture across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in data, analytics, product, or technology strategy and execution.
• Experience building strategy, target-state roadmaps, and actionable plans for enterprise initiatives.
• Experience supporting data management, governance, data platforms, or data product initiatives.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating complex concepts into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define the Chief Data Office vision and target-state strategy with actionable business plans.
• Prioritize data management initiatives and roadmaps.
• Apply structured problem solving and design thinking to strategic priorities.
• Collect, analyze, and present project data and findings.
• Conduct analyses to identify issues and formulate recommendations.
• Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Perform competitor and industry research using public and internal sources.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights with senior executives.
• Coach and manage junior team members.
