JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President, Data Management Strategy to shape enterprise data strategy and governance. You will define a target-state roadmap, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive adoption of data standards and operating models at scale.

You will lead strategic initiatives, translate vision into actionable plans, and develop data products and platforms while promoting a data-first culture across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define the Chief Data Office vision and target-state strategy with actionable business plans.
• Establish scope and prioritization of data management initiatives.
• Apply structured problem solving and design thinking to top strategic priorities.
• Collect, synthesize, analyze, and present project data and findings.
• Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Lead analyses to identify issues and formulate recommendations.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights with senior executives.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
