Job summary

BNY Mellon in Manchester is seeking a Vice President, Compliance & Control - Regulatory Change to join Pershing & Markets. Lead horizon scanning, oversee regulatory change across EMEA, and maintain governance frameworks.

Partner with business stakeholders to assess impact, provide practical compliance advice, and support prioritisation and implementation. Act as a liaison with enterprise standards and regulatory units in a global financial services leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory change within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations relating to custody, client assets, clearing and settlement.

Responsibilities

• Lead horizon scanning and regulatory change oversight across Pershing and Markets EMEA.
• Maintain regulatory change governance frameworks and supporting documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to assess impact and support prioritisation and implementation.
• Act as liaison between Pershing/Markets EMEA and BNY’s Regulatory Change function.
• Provide practical compliance advice and risk-based challenge on regulatory change initiatives.
