Job summary

BNY, a leading global financial services company, is seeking a Vice President, Compliance Officer to join the Pershing EMEA Compliance team in Manchester, UK.

You will oversee regulatory change across Pershing EMEA, maintain governance documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide compliance advisory across Pershing and BNY. This role requires deep FCA framework knowledge and strong communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• Regulatory change oversight across Pershing EMEA and UK/EU developments.
• FCA and related regulatory frameworks knowledge is required.
• Experience providing practical compliance guidance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory change oversight across Pershing EMEA and monitor UK/EU developments.
• Maintain regulatory publications logs and governance documentation.
• Coordinate regulatory change implementation with PMO and business stakeholders.
• Oversee horizon scanning with traceability from identification to implementation.
• Prepare management information for risk monitoring and regulatory reporting.
• Provide compliance advisory support across Pershing and BNY.
