Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Regulatory Change Management Associate to support the COORDINATION and governance of regulatory changes impacting EMEA CCOR within ORD(G).

The role emphasizes end-to-end lifecycle management, documentation, and strong stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will engage with Compliance and Operational Risk teams, maintain robust audit trails, and contribute to process improvements, while supporting governance reporting and tool readiness across BAU

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end processing of regulatory change events impacting EMEA CCOR.
• Coordinate regulatory change assessments with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Draft and maintain documentation supporting dispositions per firm requirements.
• Maintain regulatory change inventories, dashboards, trackers, and monitor milestones.
• Assist with stakeholder communications and timely follow-ups.
• Contribute to QA activities to ensure outputs meet standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline BAU processes and templates.
• Collaborate with technology/product teams on tool enhancements and readiness.
• Support training and onboarding materials.
