The candidate will act as a subject matter expert on KYC topics, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and translate regulatory requirements into actionable policy and controls for multiple regions and lines of business.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert on KYC topics including client due diligence and enhanced due diligence.
• Experience drafting and publishing KYC policy, standards, and procedures.
• Ability to socialize policy changes across Compliance, Operations, Technology and business teams.
• Strong governance and leadership to drive policy agendas and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on KYC topics and oversee policy design with clear guidance.
• Draft, refine and publish KYC policy and related documentation.
• Coordinate governance, training, and rollout planning for policy changes.
• Provide timely advisory to Lines of Business on new products and services.
• Lead weekly updates for leadership and governance forums.
