Job summary

Acosta Europe seeks a visionary Vice President of Commercial Performance, Data Intelligence & Analytics to lead an enterprise-wide data and insights function. You will modernise commercial systems, elevate data capabilities, and embed evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.

You will collaborate across Sales, Finance, Operations and Technology to drive revenue growth, optimise pricing, and deploy advanced analytics at scale in a hybrid working model from Woking or Stoke-on-Trent.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership experience in commercial analytics or insights at VP/senior level.
• Strong commercial acumen in FMCG, retail, or agency environments.
• Deep expertise in data analytics, BI tools, predictive modelling, and large data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the organisation's commercial intelligence and performance strategy.
• Lead analytics, reporting, predictive modelling, and data governance.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and clients.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Client Leadership, Finance, Operations and Technology.
• Develop and report commercial KPIs for the Board and ELT.
• Champion data ethics, compliance and responsible AI across the business.
