Job summary

Corpay in London (Victoria) is seeking a VP AI & Data Platforms to lead our AI, data science and data engineering capabilities across Europe and Rest of World. This senior role focuses on turning data into tangible business outcomes — driving growth, retention, operational efficiency and smarter decision making.

You will sit at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with commercial, operational and functional leaders to define strategy, build scalable data platforms, and scale

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI, data science, ML or data platform teams with business impact.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and ML/AI technologies.
• Experience operating in complex, matrixed organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to link AI initiatives to business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a clear AI and data strategy aligned to business priorities, with a focus on revenue growth, customer retention, operational efficiency and productivity.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI initiatives—from ideation and business case through to delivery, adoption and measurable results.
• Oversee data science, machine learning and data engineering teams to build scalable, reliable data and AI platforms.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Credit, Marketing and Technology to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Champion the use of AI across the organisation and support training to build a data‑driven culture.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers and analysts.
