Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a highly organised Operations Executive to join our growing team at the Head Office in Woking, with regular travel to Red Bull HQ in Covent Garden. In this permanent role you will support field teams, clients and internal stakeholders, contributing to accurate data, smooth onboarding and efficient operations.

You will download and quality check retailer sales data, maintain master data, run reports in Excel, and help improve processes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage large data sets and reporting.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Download and quality check retailer sales data.
• Maintain master data and data integrity across accounts.
• Identify and resolve data issues with stakeholders.
• Configure reporting systems for meaningful analysis.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and travel bookings.
• Build and maintain field execution tools.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency.
