Job summary

Archer partners with J.P. Morgan to deliver high-impact data and AI transformation projects within Global Banking and Payments. This PM role leads end-to-end initiatives, coordinating product, technology, and firmwide groups to deliver strategic AI-enabled solutions for Payments.

The position emphasizes governance, planning, and alignment with senior stakeholders, driving execution across cross-functional teams to achieve anticipated outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering data and analytics projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex change for business products.
• Cross-functional and matrixed collaboration across product and tech teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management throughout lifecycle.
• Experience applying agile delivery in productized environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic change projects on time, within budget and with quality.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and implementation with Product and Tech teams.
• Communicate project roadmaps and priorities to stakeholders and executives.
• Establish governance and engage stakeholders across firmwide groups.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver expected outcomes across lines of business.
• Define and track project success metrics aligned to goals.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and implement contingency plans.
• Ensure accurate representation of project data in systems.
• Cultivate deep relationships with stakeholders across the firm.
• Drive high-performing cross-functional teams toward milestones.
