• Oversee design, development, testing and implementation of strategic solutions with Product and Tech teams.
• Develop and communicate project roadmaps and priorities to stakeholders.
• Establish governance to oversee delivery of the roadmap and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability across lines of business.
• Design and track success metrics aligned to organizational goals and report progress.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, with contingency plans.
• Ensure project data is accurately represented in systems of record.
• Build deep stakeholder relationships across the firm.
• Lead high-performing cross-functional teams toward milestones.
