Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an AI Transformation Senior Project Manager (VP) in Corporate Technology, Employee Platforms to lead a multi-year transformation across HR and technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology program delivery or portfolio management in large organizations.
• Lead delivery across multiple teams with executive communication.
• Strategic and analytical ability to define success measures and metrics.
• Governance orientation with risk/issue management and steering engagement.
• Proven adoption and change outcomes including training and benefits tracking.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management; present clear recommendations.
• Fluency across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall and apply appropriately.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Technical fluency enabling collaboration with architecture/engineering.
• AI fluency to apply agentic tools while balancing governance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for a complex, multi-year transformation with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Lead governance and executive operating cadence, including OKRs/KPIs and steering materials.
• Create and maintain integrated program plans across teams and vendors with milestones.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, architecture, product, HR and stakeholders.
• Enable change management, adoption, and benefits realization with readiness tracking.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with escalation paths and options.
• Deliver executive-ready narratives and insights with data visualization and recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums to maintain momentum across HR and Tech leadership.
• Strengthen delivery discipline and continuous improvement in operating rhythms and metrics.
• Champion AI fluency and responsible adoption of agentic capabilities in delivery.
