Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an AI Transformation Senior Project Manager (VP) to lead a multi-year operating committee-sponsored program across HR and Technology in London. You will translate executive intent into an outcomes framework, roadmaps, and disciplined delivery with executive transparency.

You will partner with engineering, architecture, product, HR and control functions to drive adoption, measure benefits, and embed responsible AI capabilities into delivery across workstreams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering technology programs and transformations in large organizations.
• Ability to lead multiple teams, manage dependencies, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking to define success metrics and monitor outcomes.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and waterfall methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for a multi-year transformation with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Lead governance, OKRs/KPIs, steering materials, RAID, and dependency management to enable timely decisions.
• Create integrated plans across teams and vendors, including sequencing, resourcing, and cutover planning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, architecture, product, HR, and control functions.
• Enable change management, adoption, and benefits realization with HR partners and training plans.
