Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI Transformation Senior Project Manager (VP) to lead a multi-year, cross-functional transformation for Employee Platforms Delivery & Execution.

This role will translate executive intent into an outcomes framework, manage integrated roadmaps, and drive disciplined delivery across HR and Technology teams. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering technology programs or transformations in large organizations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-team delivery, manage dependencies, and communicate with executives.
• Strong capability to define success measures and drive data-driven metrics (OKRs/KPIs).
• Excellent governance, risk, and issue management with formal steering engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for a multi-year transformation spanning HR and Technology.
• Lead governance and executive operating cadence with OKRs/KPIs and reporting.
• Create and maintain integrated program plans across teams and vendors, including milestones and cutover planning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, product, HR, and control functions.
• Enable change management, adoption, and benefits realization in partnership with HR.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths with clear options.
• Deliver executive-ready narratives and insights with data visualizations for progress and decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums to build shared understanding and momentum across leadership.
• Strengthen delivery discipline and continuous improvement across operating rhythms and metrics.
• Champion AI fluency and responsible adoption of agentic capabilities within program execution.
• Lead experimentation and learning loops with pilots and lessons learned.
