JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a VP, AI and Data Governance Coordinator Lead in HR/EX to run the operating model for intake, triage, case progression, SLA adherence, backlog reduction, escalation routines, and approvals across AI, data, analytics, automation, and governance requests.

You will drive disciplined governance across high-risk use cases, ensuring records are auditable and owners receive support through the governance lifecycle.

Competenze

• Experience leading teams responsible for intake, case management, and workflow coordination.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, issue tracking, escalation management and governance controls.
• Ability to manage high volumes with accuracy and drive process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management across HR, technology, data/analytics, risk, and compliance.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day coordinator team activities including work allocation and performance tracking.
• Oversee intake, triage, routing, assignment, and actioning of governance requests per SLAs.
• Drive backlog reduction and SLA management via monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Provide hands-on coordination support for high-risk HR/EX AI/data use cases through lifecycle stages.
• Translate governance requirements into practical guidance and develop playbooks and templates.
