JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks a Senior Associate Coordinator for AI and Data Governance in HR/EX to support intake, triage, tracking, and progression of governance requests from ideation to production approval.

You will collaborate with HR/EX, privacy, legal, compliance, risk, control, and technology teams to clarify requirements, respond to feedback, and ensure timely follow-up within defined procedures and SLAs.

Competenze

• Experience managing tickets, cases, workflows, approvals, service requests, or operational processes.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills to manage multiple active cases, deadlines, dependencies, and follow-ups.
• Clear written and verbal communication across HR, data/analytics, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and privacy partners.
• Use sound judgment to identify issues, risks, or delays and escalate appropriately with transparency.
• Calm, proactive, and accountable in a fast-paced, highly governed environment.
• Familiarity with HR processes or AI/data governance, privacy, responsible AI, technology risk.

Mansioni

• Action day-to-day AI and data governance tickets, confirming completeness, ownership, rationale, and required supporting documentation.
• Categorize, assign, route, and update cases in line with governance procedures and SLAs, maintaining auditable records.
• Monitor cases against SLAs, following up to resolve actions and unblock stalled items.
• Coordinate high-risk or complex HR/EX use cases by tracking feedback and approval dependencies to completion.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve ticket quality, routing, templates, and stakeholder guidance.
