J.P. Morgan in London seeks a Senior Associate Coordinator for AI and Data Governance in HR/EX to manage intake, triage, and progression of governance requests, ensuring completeness and timely follow-up.

Competenze

Experience managing tickets, cases, workflows, approvals, service requests, or operational processes.
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills to manage multiple active cases with deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication across HR, data/analytics, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and privacy partners.
Sound judgment to escalate blockers and ensure transparency of next steps.
Calm, proactive ownership in a fast-paced, highly governed environment.

Mansioni

Action day-to-day AI and data governance tickets, confirming completeness, ownership, rationale, and required supporting documentation.
Categorize, assign, route, and update cases per governance procedures and SLAs with auditable records.
Monitor cases against SLAs and follow up to resolve actions and unblock items.
Coordinate high-risk HR/EX use cases by tracking feedback and approvals to completion.
Identify opportunities to improve ticket quality, routing, templates, and stakeholder guidance.
