National Trust is seeking a Community, Participation & Volunteering Assistant for Lacock Abbey. You will help with daily operations, welcome visitors, and coordinate volunteers within the Visitor Operations team. The role emphasizes inclusivity and a welcoming atmosphere across a historic site.

The position is seasonal with flexible hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays; it is a zero-hour contract with no guaranteed weekly hours. Fixed-term until 14-Aug-2027, £13.25 per hour."

Responsibilities

• Assist with rota supervision and presentation standards; may help with admin tasks.
• Contribute to new ways of working and deepen relationships with audiences.
