Job summary

Lulworth Estate is seeking enthusiastic Visitor Experience Assistants to welcome visitors along the Dorset coastline and help them enjoy their visit. This seasonal outdoor role involves engaging with guests, ensuring presentation, promoting safety, and maintaining coastal paths and facilities.

You’ll work 32 hours a week, across weekends and bank holidays, from early mornings to evenings, in a supportive team at three estate sites. Competitive pay (£12.72/hr) includes holiday pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Outdoor role requiring reliability and good physical stamina.
• Excellent communication with visitors and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Familiarity with the local area is preferable.
