Job summary

HF Holidays Limited is seeking a Leader Co-ordinator to join the Leader Operations Team in Keswick. You will match volunteer Walk Leaders and Tour Managers to holidays, ensuring 600 volunteers are supported and empowered with the skills and information they need.

The role requires strong people skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to build relationships with volunteers and staff. Part-time and full-time contracts are available, with hybrid working in Keswick.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and the ability to support volunteer leaders with confidence and empathy.
• Proactive, collaborative and solution-focused, with a positive attitude.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience delivering operational and administrative activities in busy environments.
• Ability to provide occasional evening and weekend support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Appoint and deploy volunteer leaders to holidays.
• Oversee onboarding, induction and sign-off of new leaders.
• Monitor leader performance and coordinate support and training.
• Provide leaders with information and operational guidance.
• Manage leader communications and respond to enquiries.
