Job summary

HF Holidays Limited invites you to join our Larpool Hall country house in Whitby as a Team Member. You will prepare guest rooms and public areas, welcome guests, and help serve meals and Afternoon Tea.

You will also assist in picnic lunch preparation and contribute to a warm, attentive atmosphere during guided or self-guided walking holidays. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is appreciated, with equal opportunity for training and career growth within our hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing

Working in our Larpool HallCountry House we provide a retreat for up to 48guests who stay with us for guided or self-guided walking tour holidays. Your role will be preparing guest rooms and public areas, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. You will be the welcoming face serving meals in our dining room and adding to the charm of our hospitality by assisting in the delivery of Afternoon Tea. Our Team Members also assist in the preparation of picnic lunches, which our guests' love for their outdoor adventures. Our entire team gets involved in the heart of guest interactions, and we all work together to provide an atmosphere where guests feel cared for and attended to

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have these essential skills:

• Experience in hospitality or the willingness to learn.
• Great communication skills and deliver great customer service.
• Ability to be part of a team and flexible to work evenings and weekends.
