Job summary

HF Holidays Limited is seeking a Team Leader at Monk Coniston to supervise the front-of-house team, assist with guest services, and uphold Health & Safety policies. You will help with guest rooms, dining service, Afternoon Tea delivery, and picnic lunch preparation, ensuring a warm, attentive atmosphere for guests.

Live-in accommodation is available, with meals provided, and you will join a team focused on hospitality excellence and memorable country-house experiences across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a busy hotel or guest house.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support house managers to supervise front of house staff.
• Induct new household staff and handle general administration.
• Ensure health and safety and fire policies are followed.
• Assist in preparing guest rooms and public areas.
• Serve meals and contribute to Afternoon Tea service.
• Help prepare picnic lunches for guests.

What will you be doing:

Working in ourMonk ConistonCountry House we provide a retreat for up to 52guests who stay with us for guided or self-guided walking tour holidays. Your role will be to support the house managers to manage and supervise the front of house team. You will be involved in inducting new household staff, general administration, ensuring health & Safety and Fire Policies are adhered to and potentially undergo additional training to become a First Aider or Pool Emergency Responder. Our Team Leaders also help preparing guest rooms and public areas, serving meals in our dining room and adding to the charm of our hospitality by assisting in the delivery of Afternoon Tea. Our Team Leaders also assist in the preparation of picnic lunches, which our guests' love for their outdoor adventures. Our entire team gets involved in the heart of guest interactions, and we all work together to provide an atmosphere where guests feel cared for and attended to

About you:
