Job summary

Citizens Advice is seeking a Volunteering Development Specialist to support the delivery and development of high quality volunteering across our network of local Citizens Advice offices. You will champion volunteering in Citizens Advice and influence the position and profile of volunteering across the service and externally.

You’ll provide expert support, guidance and resources alongside facilitating peer learning and sharing of practice and innovation to drive consistently high quality

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of good practice in volunteer management and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across channels.
• Experience creating guidance, templates and advice for volunteers.
• Experience delivering presentations and training sessions or workshops.
