Job summary

Dogs for Good is seeking a Head of Volunteering to shape and deliver the volunteer journey across the charity, ensuring a positive experience and diverse, engaged volunteers. You will lead a small team, travel to regions, and partner with teams to embed volunteering across the organisation, while maintaining safeguarding and governance standards.

The role offers hybrid working with occasional travel to Midlands, North West, South West, Scotland, and a commitment to an inclusive volunteering

Qualifications

• Experience leading a volunteer team, including remotely.
• Proven skills in volunteer management and engagement.
• Able to build partnerships and influence across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and enhance the volunteer journey and experience.
• Attract, recruit and retain volunteers to support services.
• Produce dashboards and reports on volunteering activity.
