Nottingham City Council is seeking a Voids Work Planner on a fixed-term contract (until April 2028) for 14.8 hours per week, Mondays and Tuesdays. The role is a hybrid position based at Harvey Road, offering a starting salary of £27,709 rising to £28,608 per annum (pro rata for part time).

You will oversee and schedule work for Craft Operatives and Contractors, coordinating repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong workload management, scheduling, and stakeholder

Formación

• Strong workload management and prioritisation.
• Ability to schedule repairs, maintenance work and resources efficiently.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and responding to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with operatives, managers, contractors and customers.
• Confident in handling enquiries, resolving issues and providing clear updates to stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.

• Oversee and schedule the workload of Craft Operatives and/or Contractors by allocating and organising work.
• Ensure all work streams within property services are effectively arranged to maintain service provision.
• Provide administrative support to the service area team coordinating work to be undertaken.
